St Mary's is in vacancy as Fr Grant Holmes retired on 25 October 2020. The process of finding a new Vicar has started but it will take time. We are very grateful to members of the clergy who have offered to help with services during the vacancy. Sadly, the current lockdown means no more public worship for the time being.
We are delighted that this Sunday Fr Richard Watson from St Saviour's will record a service at St Mary's which will be available on our website by 10.30am. The Revd Canon Ruth Goatly will be with us for Sundays 22 and 29 November.
APPEAL FOR HELP - St Mary's Church, along with many churches, charities, businesses and people, is struggling financially in this COVID-19 period. We still have nearly all our outgoings but have lost some of our sources of income; for example, we cannot hire out our hall or use it for our own fundraising events. We realise that this is a tough time for many, but if you could make a donation, it would be very much appreciated. Just click here to go to our giving page.
